x>-31/2, -15.5, or -15 1/2
-2/3x-10<1/3
add 10 to both sides
-2/3x<10 1/3
divide -2/3 (which means to flip the numbers and multiply!)
since you divide by a negative, you flip the sign!
x> -31/2, -15.5, -15 1/2
