20/10 is not possible being a mixed number, simply because 10 can go into 20 evenly.

2 is the answer.

First, decide how many times 10 can go into 20. 10 can "fit in" to 20 exactly 2 times. Since there is nothing left over, the "mixed number" is simply 2. 
Another way to do this is to just divide the top by bottom, since it will divide evenly. 
20/10 = 2.
