Answer: y = [tex]\frac{1}{8}[/tex] x + 5

Step-by-step explanation:

y = mx + b

m = [tex]\frac{1}{8}[/tex] (given)

b = 5 (given b/c it's your y-intercept)

^if you aren't sure about y-intercept you can always plug the point in:

5 = [tex]\frac{1}{8}[/tex] (0) + b

5 = b

y = [tex]\frac{1}{8}[/tex] x + 5

now just graph (start from 5 on y-axis & go up 1, over 8)
