If f (x)=x 3 + 2x 2 - 3, what is f (-1)?

Answer:

f(x)= x³+2x²-3

f(-1)= (-1)³+2(-1)²-3 = -1+2-3 = -4+2 = -2

f(-1)= -2 is the right answer.
