That means that 100mL= 100g

Solute: 4g (smaller) + Solvent: 100g (larger) = Solution : 104g

PPM= solute/solution * 106
PPM= 4/104 * 106
PPM= 4.0769ppm
PPM is approximately 4.08ppm
