you would start by substituting y=6x-11 into -2x-3y=-7

so it would look like

-2x-3(6x-11)=-7

once you solve for x you would then take the x value of -1.3 and put it into the equation y=6x-11 so it would look like this

y=6(-1.3)-11

which would get you y=-18.8

to check you would put both the x and y value back into -2x-3y=-7 and boom answer
